Ideal Hotdog

I went in there today and got into a screaming match with the waitress. A SCREAMING MATCH in the middle of the restaurant. I love the food don't get me wrong, but I ordered a Chili Mac, Mild, No Onions bc I'm allergic to them, with beans, extra cheese. That's exactly how I ordered it. I got a Chili Mac with onions the first time, sent it back, the next time it came out, NO extra Cheee, so I ordered that, she brought it back, NO BEANS, so i ordered beans and she brought me a cold side plastic cup of beans. I said theyre cold, she copped an attitude and said they're supposed to be that way. I said theyre F'ing cold. She screamed at me half way back to the kitchen, don't f***ing cuss as me. I said this is ridiculous. She incited another customer to scream at me that's in there every day. It was ridiculous that they don't have control over their servers. Overall, good food but they have to get their staff under control. It's all about customer service, not the servers being happy and serving food 3x the customer didn't order. Sad experience and very disappointing.
