        Overall

        Negative rating! I took my coat to be dry cleaned and picked it up. It was not cleaned, didn't have a clean smell to it at all. I called to complain,

        He company did not offer to actually clean the coat or give a refund. This is the second time this has happened. Poor service and rude.
