A Great place.. It is a Very clean, professional and, relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend.

Unprofessional! Bought a laser hair removal package, in the middle of my sessions their machine was sent out for "servicing". I wasn't able to make appointments until the machine was fixed. My package came with 7 sessions, I was given an 8th session for free due to NO results and I purchased a 9th touch up session. 9 sessions & NO results! Called the manager, Kathleen O'hara, she wouldn't take my calls. I managed to get her email address. She wrote back that she will come up with a solution and get back to me in a few days. After over 4 weeks, haven't hearing back from her, I called the spa. Rachel, the assistant manager promised Kathleen would call me within 30 mins. The next day I called back (still not hearing from Kathleen) & Rachel was huffing & puffing & kept putting me on hold as I was explaining myself. I asked her who I could speak to that was above management. She said Dr. Rosen will not speak to any clients. Don't waste your money!!!! These are NOT professionals!!!

I made my appointment a week in advance, and then confirmed it again on the previous day, AND then arrived on time, so I was quite upset to find that my appointment had been given away for a couples treatment shortly before I arrived! I find there is no acceptable explanation for giving away a confirmed appointment when someone arrives on time unless you have incompetent staff that cannot understand or operate the computer scheduling software, (or because it was decided that the couples treatment was more profitable?)

The only option I was given was a 15% discount on a facial, or to come back later that afternoon. Of course, both of these options were unacceptable, as I wanted a body treatment, not a facial; there was no regard given to my sister’s appointment, which needed to occur simultaneously; and my day had already been booked. I sent the manager a letter noting my displeasure and I have received no response. I will not be returning, as there is no way to be sure they will hold any appointment made.
