JCPenney

I don't actually want to leave any stars. Most of the employees that I've dealt with couldn't care less about helping customers, are rude and don't have the "time" to answer a few questions about anything and you can definitely tell that they are only their for the paycheck and perks of an employee discount. They could care less if their job were at JCP or anywhere else.

I had an appointment this morning at 11. i was waiting a long time and the Manager didnt even say sorry for the wait. was not professional at all when taking my kids photos and having them smile. the family she did after me she was all about getting them to smile laugh and look good in the photos. i felt she was not at all caring about my time and making my kids comfortable either. I feel she is racist. i was telling her that she was very unkind about having me and my kids wait such a long time before we where helped and how she didnt even apologize for us waiting so long. she was answering calls after calls and wanting to help another person who walked in almost 17 min of me waiting. yet she wanted to call security on me when i was being honest speaking the truth and she just wasn't at all wanting to be nice or understanding.about how i felt. i have a member ship card and i forgot it but she didnt even bother to look to see if i was a member. i feel it was all a waste of my time and i cant even order my pictures one because she failed to make my kids look good in them and two she wouldnt look to see my member ship info.

It would be more convenient for customers if they could use their Jcpenny's credit card at the studio that is located at the Jcpenny store and is a service there of. No perk? So, I can shop around for better deals around town.
