I lived here for six months and i was done.. Apartments are crap like some prison. No Refrigerator, Appliances are 100 years old. Plus they have water heater inside the apartment, so you have to bare the electricity. I was wondered when my first month electricity bill came around 200$. Average i paid 170$ in last six months.



About deposit, Forget about it. I paid 700$ for deposit. When i moved out i made sure that everything is intact (what could i do in six months) Carpet was cleaned. All walls were clean. Still they deduct 500$ for the cleaning , carpet and sanitization. and Returned back 200. I was so pissed of. But since we sign the agreement, we can not really do anything legally. When i signed the lease, manager convinced me that they would take maximum 150 for cleaning. This guys are thieves.. really.



I am an asian-indian. And would really suggest to everyone to stay away from this dirty apartment.

Its not worth paying market price for this creepy place.



Parking : You can get only one spot.

Noise : Terrible. Its on the roads and cops sirens go off atleast 100 times during the day.

Grounds : Dirtiest place i have every seen in my life.

Safety : None, Security doors are broken , so it cant be called gated community. Anyone can enter.

Construction : Atleast 100 years old. Looks like some idiot peice of crap must have planned for this apartment.

Maintenance : Would say ok.

Staff : Liar and theif, they took my deposit.

Overall : Negative ratings, if possible.
