I've had a lot of work done at Computerheads and they are always professional and well informed about every aspect of my computer. They always repair or upgrade my computer within a day or two and always make sure all things work before I leave the shop. The Techs are very friendly and professional I have always been 100% satisfied.

I used computer heads for some problems i was having with my computer and they went above and beyond to help me fix my problem the best and most affordable way. They had great service and they got me in and out asap. They also help set up my aunt with a new pc that was by far the most affordable and reliable system i had come across. dont get taken for a ride somewhere that takes advantage of a lack of computer knowedge. take your computer here...Computer heads... to some one you can trust and will help fix your problems right the first time

Notice the reviews on these guys, 13 reviews 11 highly recomend them, it seems odd that if you look at the dates on most of the reviews April 24th 8 of them were made. 2 others on another date (same date) but theres no other good reviews past those 2 dates. This is November 2010, not one good review since April ? Why ios that? 2 other reviews think low and most likely are being honest about these guys.



It clearly shows to us that most of the reviews on the same day could have been made through family or family friends to make these guys look good It just tells us that there not honest as the reviews claim . If i were you, I check other computer companys first before calling these guys.

As the owner of huntingtonlocksmithing.com in Winsted, CT. Looking for reliable service can be a nightmare, being above average in electronics and computer operation for locks usually I can get out of most situations but I know my limits and when its time to contact a professional technician for computer repairs.



The experts at Computer Heads LLC fill that void. Their knowledge about procedures for an excellent repair saved the day for me. I was sure that it was time to retire my Dell laptop but it was given a second life thanks to them. Their courteous and complete service has taken the uncertainly from finding someone to trust with my repairs.

About 1/2 way through my deployment in Iraq, my second-hand laptop crashed. I knew of the Computerheads in Torrington, this is my hometown. So I mailed it to them, but the potential repair cost wasn't worth it. I was due for a new laptop anyways. What I was thoroughly impressed with was that they had pulled my harddrive, got all my data off of it, and mailed me several DVDs with everything on it! I was lucky, so now I'm much better about backing up my data!

Also, my uncle brought his desktop in with a virus, they cleaned it with out loosing his data, loaded a new anti-virus and made sure he understood that it would expire in 1 year (his previous anti-virus had expired, he didn't know any better I guess!).

I decided to get a laptop after my college roommates expressed some distress over my constant borrowing of their computers. I went to Computerheads on my parents' recommendation, which turned out to be a great decision. Dan helped me pick out and order a laptop that suited my needs and was affordable. He even helped me set it up when it came in. Due to his advice and expertise I have not had to bring it back for repairs in the 3+ years I have owned it! My entire family goes to Computerheads for all their computer needs because Dan and Mike are both knowledgeable and friendly, a combination that is hard to come by.

We have had excellent service. Great guidance in choosing the best computers suited to our needs. Daniel and Michael seek to understand your needs before they sell you a computer. We highly recommend their services!

They may not always have the best prices, but they are fast, convenient and will always point you in the right direction, even if it leads your business elsewhere.
