I will never order carry out or make reservations for this establishment again. Their customer service is horrible. I called on 3/21 to make a reservation for a party of 13 on 4/6 @ 6:30 pm. I left all my contact information with the female I spoke (after being transferred to three different people). Then on 3/25 I called to increase my party to 16. At this time I was told that they female I spoke to on 3/21 did not reserve my date and time for my party. Also, at this time I was told that in order to make a reservation I had to make a deposit of $200 (this is suppose to be their rule for parties 12 and above). My question was why wasn't I informed of this on 3/21? Tim, Supervisor, couldn't answer. He was rude and very disrespectful. Then he proceeded to say that since large parties in the past had booked and never showed up, they made the changes for deposit. So why wasn't the entire staff made aware of this change? He couldn't answer only to say "it was not his problem." How in the ham sandwich do you have the nerve to get smart and act non-chalant with a customer that is bringing business to an establishment. Needless, to say they will never get any more business from me. They really need a course in "customer satisfaction" and "communication."
