The same 8 crews of siders, a roofing crew and a gutter crew have been with the Company for the past 7 years. Mshi takes ONE JOB AT a time for each crew. And it’s doing each JOB straight through until completion. The owner personally visits every JOB site the Company handles every DAY. Checking on the progress of the JOB.
