I went to this salon for 2 years, even got my nails done for my wedding there. But recently they have become terrible! My mom went and got a pedicure one day and the woman ripped off a huge chunk of the bottom of her foot and couldnt stop the bleeding, my mom couldnt walk for a week and still has a scar a year later. And when this whole thing happened my mom asked for either a refund or at least a discount and they said no!! What kind of place makes you bleed so bad that its dripping and wont offer a free service or discount? And when I say they cut her I am not saying it was a little cut, it was bigger then a silver dollar! And then whenever I try and make an appointment and they are busy they dont say it nicely or try and work with you, they just say "ok" and hang up! I tried making an appointment today and when they couldnt fit me in they didnt even offer a different day or time, they told me to go somewhere else! Also their manicures are terrible and to quick, no hand massages, they just slap some lotion on and thats it. The whole manicure takes about 7 minutes. I spent longer time under the dryer! Its sad because they used to be so good, now they are terrible.

My daughter and I went there to get our nails done. We counted on them to advise us 'cause we are new at this. We already had tips on from a previous nail salon. The first time we went to them we liked them 'cause we could understand them and they seemed nice...the nails were ok but nothing to brag about. I decided to give them a second chance and am sooo sorry we did! The girls told us we could go natural since our nails had grown under the tips. So we decided to do it..again we're new at this! The girl that did my daughters nails did not soak the tips off...she ripped them off her nails! I complained to the owner who did not want to give us a credit but gave us a gift card. My daughter cried on the way home 'cause three of her nails were in pain! Two hours later..I picked up a plate and one of my nails broke. The next day I went to the salon and requested a full credit to my credit card. He gave me the credit..I found out today that he charged my account again for the full amount the same day! This man can not be trusted!!! I went there today and he was to busy to talk to me and told me to dispute it with my credit card company!! Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your nails done!!!

This nail salon is a little tucked away, so I didn't even know it was there and what a surprise. The staff there actually understands what I am saying and I can have a decent conversation with them. My manicure actually lasted more than two days without having to wear gloves and they did a great job. I only wish I had found them sooner.
