        McLean Construction Company is family owned and has been in business since 1964. It’s been in the same location since 1972. The current owner is James Broecker, nephew of the original owner. James is a very proud of the repeat business he’s now getting. People who’s houses he worked on more than 20 years ago are now calling him to do it again. When you call for your free estimate, James is the one who’ll come to your house, not some commissioned salesman. And he never sub-contracts jobs. It’s always his crew that comes to do the job. The company has an office in Troy, MI since 1972.

        Overall

        McLean Roofing went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. When I forgot to include part of the project in my first request (a downspout I liked to change but had not included within the proposal), he sent someone back to finish the job at a sensible price. Lately, when we realized we had some structural issues with this veranda, which also meant replacing our front stairs, I was impressed by the outcome. They may be absolutely amazing, the carpentry detail is excellent, not only were they done directly on a stable foundation, nonetheless they really make our whole dwelling look better.
