Sushi King

i normally go to sushi king for lunch once a week, but each time i've placed an order for delivery, i am always dissapointed!

i have placed delivery orders with them at least 4 or 5 times. each time i do, they argue with me as to where i live because they can not find it on thier map. this is after i give them directions. my house is very easy to find and the directions are very cut and dry. each time the driver goes to green island when they've been told that i live in maplewood. i even had the delivery guy argue with me over the phone that he was infront of my house in green island.

tonight was the kicker though. my husband called in our order and tried to give the girl directions when he was told that "they knew where we lived". my husband informed her that the driver always gets lost, but she assured him that he knew how to get to our house. we were told our food would arrive in 30 min.

almost an hour later and we get a call from the restauraunt saying that the driver was in front of our house but no one was answering. this was because he was in green island. my husband gave the girl directions and was told he would be there shortly. this should not have been a problem since he was less than 5 min away. we then received a call from the driver telling us that he could not find our house on the map. once again, my husband gave our directions.

20 min or so and still no food.

finally, we get a call from the restauraunt apologizing because they would not be delivering our order because the driver could not find our house. we were told that the driver did not speak good english.

so 2 hours later and NO FOOD!!! nice, huh? by this time it was 11pm.

not only will i no longer attempt to have food delivered, i will not be giving them my business at all!
