Women's Health Center

DO NOT put your trust in this facility, go to another facility for your health and care. this center is understaffed and disorganized. i found lumps and was referred to this center by my gyn. i had an appt. for an ultra sound but they attempted to give me a mammogram. i told the women that i was suppose to be there for a ultrasound. she left for a few minuets and then returned, appologized and brought me to a room for the ultrasound,. the ultra sound tech was nice enough. she told me the lumps were cysts and that all was good. i got dressed thinking i was OK and shortly after a radiologist came in and told me he saw a small hard mass. then he said that it was up to me if i wanted a biopsy or not. at this point i just wanted to consult w/my primary. I tried calling sarmaratin womens center to request that they send the report to my doctor. evertime you call you get an answering machine. i called about 4 times. on the 5th try i got someone. i told her who i was and what i needed, she told me she had already sent it and then she said to me 'are you the person who kept calling over and over?'. that was over a week ago. i now have an appt, w./a specialist and i need a copy of my ultra sound but am having a hard time getting it as i can never get a person on the phone and no one will return my call. DO NOT put your health into these people's hands, you deserve better. thank you.
