Mr. Scotty Sipe and his crews were absolutely wonderful to deal with from start to finish. A few issues arose during construction with wanting to make changes and slight modifications and each time Mr. Sipe worked with us to make sure we ended up with the house the way we wanted it. The few items on the punch list were a little slow in getting handled, but they were handled with perfection and to our satisfaction. I highly recommend SAGA Homes and Mr. Sipe.

Saga Homes is the I&J general contractor & customer consultant who nvr came for my 1 yr check-in to fix all the broken things. The guys who said they went completely broke & were victims of financial mismanagement by the owner of I&J, yet started this company up at the very same time... Buyer beware, honesty is not a contractual obligation.
