Designed a great house that was way overbudget (so far over budget that builders in the most desperate economy wouldn't bother spending time to give a bid!). So they do not seem to know their profession and would not re-design the house, so they do not honor their own contracts either. To top it off, both partners became insulting toward us when we tried to work this out with them. Avoid unless you want headaches!
