They have been rude and dismissive every time I have had to go in there with my 11-year-old son. The latest trip, though, was the worst - they refused to honor their employee's promise to repair my son's R/C car - even though we would be charged and would pay their going rate. Apparently we weren't "worthy" of their attention because he's just a kid and I'm just a woman. STAY AWAY unless you want similar treatment - I assure you, it's guaranteed to happen to you too. Wish I could give them ZERO stars.
