        Poor "new ownership"

        I do not recommend this salon. I had a gift card for $100 that they did not honor due to "new ownership" In a time and economy when business should be excelling in customer service; Indigo Day Spa feels it can turn away business. Rather than honor a gift card that clearly says Indigo Day Spa (not a specific owner) this shortsighted business decided to shoot itself in the foot. I guess they feel they are the only business that offers a service. Poor customer service equals poor service and a disregard for the community it would like to serve. Way to bite the hand that feeds you.
