Devastatingly horrible. I never even got to see a doctor after spending 5 and half hours in emergency.

Great surgery for my 22 months girl. Excellent stuff and doctor. Thank you from bottom of my hear.

Surprisingly Amazing!



My son has had surgery at TMC twice, the first time was a few years ago and the second time was 2 days ago (make sure to read the whole review lol). Our first surgery visit was horrible, many problems with the staff, the room, service, even the surgeon, I could go on forever. This visit however was amazing Hince the title surprisingly amazing.



Since our last surgery they have changed everything! (So ignore old reviews) They have a children's center that is incredible. The staff were all respectful, not only that they were nice and actually liked helping the children. They are trained to work with kids specifically. My son has developmental delays and they were so good to him. Before surgery they had a child life specialist play with him and get him emotionally ready for the surgery. They kept us informed every step of the way. The staff answered all of our questions without getting annoyed (and trust me we had a lot lol).

I cant tell you enough how awesome they were. I would recommend them to anyone. I was so worried about TMC due to our visit a few years ago but let me tell you if your kid has a surgery scheduled or your looking into hospitals- Go to Tucson Medical Center and don't stress about it anymore. You will be in good hands.

My sister in law is unable to walk she is so weak yet TMC is discharging her tomorrow because she has no insurance. She lost her job 8 months ago, is single so medicaid in Arizona is out of the question. The caseworker was extremely impolite and told my husband there was nothing she could do. I made one phone call and the hotline I called said as long as the hospital refers her she would receive help at no cost. Please tell me the caseworker didn't know that...I am so disappointed in the TMC health system. Maybe the caseworker doesn't need to be "helping" people. She should go get a job where she doesn't see anyone! Terrible health care workers!
