took one of my granddaughters in to get a 14 karat gold nose ring because she had her nose pierced somewhere else and the post fell out. First, the girl didn't even know if they had 14 karat gold jewelry so I'm really not certain what I got was 14 gold jewelry. none the last, they were not very helpful at all and end up the nose ring is too small and of course cannot be returned or exchanged. a little help at the time would have been nice. will not go back.

I got my tattoo here a year ago, so I trusted them since I had such a great experience there the first time. Although this time, when I called to make an appointment, a guy who I hadn't met before rushed through the conversation and smirked at me.. He showed up 15 minutes late to my appointment and didn't apologize. The guy was totally unprofessional; he was not friendly, helpful, or polite. He yanked my nose around, gave me no warning before the piercing, and asked me no questions. Told me wrong cleaning info, and almost got infected. I had to research myself after paying $65 for the most painful piercing exoerience. Big mistake.
