After changing my mind about the purchase, I followed their cancellation procedures and sent it certified mail requesting my $2,000 deposit be returned within the 15 days allowed by their contract. After waiting a full week past the date I should have received my refund, I started calling and found that I was simply being passed from one person to the next. I was finally promised that it had been an oversight on their part and that my refund would be fast tracked and promptly overnighted to me. It is well over a week later and I am still waiting and nobody returns my calls and when I requested a direct website email address to this company, I was once again referred to a corporate phone number. An online chat that I had on their national website ended abruptly when I told them the reason I needed better contact information. This place is nothing but a rip off, fly by night, con company. I guess I will make a formal complaint to the state AG.
