        Overall

        One star due to the lack of courtesy we received at this place.
        My husband and i are mixed race couple. We had made an appointment, over the phone, to have our taxes done.
        As we walked in, we got the stare��������. We didn't say anything we told the woman behind the desk we were there for our 4pm appointment.
        Well, we waited, 2 different people left, leaving 2 ladies freed up to do the next customer? Right? Our guy was still with a customer.
        Wrong, the 2 women flitted around the office,chit chatting, making idle conversation between each other. No one asked us if we wanted to allow them to do our taxes? All 3 of them ignored us. Needless to say we left to go to another H&R Block. They were much much more courteous and got us alot back on our taxes.
        We will never go back to this dump again! ���� Bunch of damn hillbillies!
