        We've used this Merry Maids once a month for four months. The quality of work is very good. Cost is fair. Using a licensed agency, I don't have as much worry about who I let into my home. They are easy to work with. No harsh chemical smell afterward.

        I have to give a one star review. To start off with we were referred by a friend and the cleaning staff did a great job. But the office staff. One they flat out lied to me and then when I caught them in a lie then they started back pedaling. The price difference was $35 more for us than the people who referred them to us. Since then they raised the amount of the people who referred them to us. One clear sign of a deceptive business is American Maids don't like customers talking about their pricing. I was told this by American Maid office staff. Buyer beware. Also just got my bill from them for the initial cleaning of an 1100 square foot space. $348. We didn't have them clean the whole house either. It's like I'm paying for the repercussions of catching them in a lie. Buyer beware again.
