        I worked with Vaughn for what we wanted to do vs. what we could do. He was both technically proficient and very customer driven, helping us to decide what was right and not selling! Once I made the decision, the two technicians that did the installation were exceptionally technically competent and service oriented. The install was seamless and I was left with no clean up to do as they did it all. I recommend Vaughn Mechanical d.b.a. Northwest Refrigeration without any reservation whatsoever
