Healthy Smile Dental

I switched to Healthy Smile from another provider down the street that wanted to charge me almost $500 for a simple cleaning when I first moved to Turlock! I was shocked and called Healthy Smile just in case it might be cheaper somewhere else and they were shocked too. Not only was the staff incredibly attentive and personable, but the office was much nicer in comparison: well lit and decorated with relaxing artwork and comfortable chairs. But above all what I really appreciate is that they performed the same cleaning for $87 and my insurance took care of part of it.

I do also want to mention that they are on top of it, I get reminders the way that I prefer to receive them and they even call to notify me if there is an opening in their schedule before my appointment to get me in earlier.

Today I made the mistake of thinking my appointment was a week earlier than it was and they saw me anyway. I wasn't even made to wait more than 10-15 minutes! I have never experienced long wait times and when I call in I get to speak to a real person, it's a form of customer service that is lost with a lot of businesses these days.

Another thing is that I'm going through getting braces with a mail order company called Smile Direct... they actually gave me tips that I didn't know about to help with the discomfort and asked for more information about the company that I'm working with.

If you live in Turlock or even Modesto or Merced, I definitely recommend Healthy Smile, it's worth the drive and (short) wait.
