I have a chimney clean with them. They are very unprofessional. The lady weren't in a good mood and looks like they are arguing when they do the job. They just lousily cover the fireplace, didn't seal it and leave a big opening when they start to clean the chimney. They didn't clean up after they are done. The whole floor is cover with a layer of soot and I can blow out soot in my nose. I have to spend days to wipe every single thing in the house since it get into the duck work and now I need to do a duck work cleaning after this because I don't want the whole family keep breathing in soot.

Utilized this company after an initial positive experience. A clear list of work was provided to be completed. An agreed upon completion date of 5 days was established, and they didn't do much work at all. Days had passed without anyone present. When a progress check was established, we were SHOCKED to find an empty liquor bottle that had been consumed during their lack of effort, as well as our washer being utilized by their staff. To top it all off, they broke our lawnmower and utilized most of our cleaning supplies. Avoid at all costs!
