Tuscaloosa Tire & Service Center- GoodYear

The service was so poor here that I wouldn't take my bicycle to get its inner tube changed. True enough the guy called to say my company gave him the wrong order number. I thank you for that, but to have my car at your shop from 10:30-5:15 for an oil change and mount and balance new tires is ridiculous. On top of that, the oil didn't get changed til around 5. To make matters worse, when I left the shop my hood was not closed all the way and my passenger door wasn't either.......All I have to say is.....NEVER AGAIN!!!!!! #POORCUSTOMERSERVICE!!!! I'll continue to go tp the Northport GOODYEAR!!!!! If I could rank it lower than a 1 star I would!!!!!
