The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 is an invitation-only organization composed of the premier trial lawyers from each state or region who meet stringent qualifications as trial lawyers. Membership into The National Trial Lawyers Top 100 is by invitation only and is extended exclusively to those practicing civil plaintiff and/or criminal defense law.
In 1980, the late Marjorie Day, Esq. opened the Tustin practice representing victims in personal injury and malpractice. She was the first female president of the California Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and the first female elected to its national executive board. The organization named Marjorie the first female Trial Lawyer of the Year. In 1993, Marjorie was joined in practice by her husband, the late Wilbur Day.
Medical Malpractice
Alan has been with the firm since 1993 and a managing partner since 2010. He is highly devoted to working in several personal injury, medical malpractice, dental malpractice, and legal malpractice cases. He has practiced in Orange, Los Angeles, San Bernardino, Riverside, and San Diego counties. His practice includes defending physicians and attorneys being sued for medical, dental, and legal negligence as well as malicious prosecution. Alan’s practice is 100% devoted to litigation and has a very high success rate. He was the president of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association in 2009 and remains very active in many bar associations, publications, and community events and outreach. Alan is also an adjunct professor at Western State University and is an advocate for higher education. Alan Brown was nominated and has been inducted as a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).
