General Info

Operational for more than 60 years, the Twinsburg Police Department is a full-service law enforcement agency that works to provide safety and security and protect lives and property of residents. Its detective division investigates homicide, kidnapping, aggravated robbery, burglary, narcotics and felony crimes, as well as handles crime scene photography, latent fingerprint lifting, tire casting, evidence collection and interviewing services. The Twinsburg Police Department maintains an animal control division that provides shelter to lost and at-large animals and deals with animal nuisance complaints. It also operates patrol, records, communication and crime prevention divisions. The department supports the juvenile diversion program that offers solutions to youth-related problems. The Twinsburg Police Department additionally supports the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E) program, which focuses on the prevention of illegal usage of drugs, gang activities and violent behavior. It is located in Twinsburg, Ohio.
