Discount Tire

A couple of days before Christmas I bought 3 tires for my car bc Discount had already put the 4th (brand new) on the week before. Adam waited on me. He was very nice and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. I wanted the cheapest they had and he recommended 3 almost new ones. I told him I wanted something safe that would get my daughter and her family safely to Colorado. He even took me out and showed me how deep the tire crevices were and they almost matched a brand new tire. To make a long story short my daughter got to New Mx and had a flat. There was a nail at the side of the tire. I do believe the nail was already in it and that is why the owner of the tires got rid of them. I called Discount Tire to try and at least get concessed on one tire and Adam was very adamant that there was no warranty on the tires. He was very unconcerned that I had just bought the tires last week. I have dealt with Discount in Dallas for years and have always had excellent service. I will not be going to Discount in Tyler again.
