        Overall

        Love this store. Great prices and great return policies. Yes I've had a few bad egg games that didn't have scratches but still didn't work. That happens when you but used. Great staff. You'll have my business for some time to come!

        a joke!

        They don't have good games, they don't actually have the games they have cases on the floor for. Purchased 2 games for my daughter BOTH games were wrong! We get store credit for one because they don't actually have the one she picks put. Fine. She picks 2 more out, they don't have one so we find yet another. When they "applied" our store credit we owed $8, swipe our card & we get charged a full $30! They tell us they can only give us another credit, so here we wait for over an hour because we refuse to pay $60 for 3 USED DS games!
