Bob's Air Conditioning

This company used to be top-notch in the business. They were known for their customer service, expertise, and integrity. They were good to their longtime customers. The office staff used to be great to talk to.

That’s no longer the case. While the tech appears knowledgeable and proficient in his job, the office is another thing entirely. One of the women in the office I believe is a family member and was very unprofessional. Having been a customer for over 20 years I was dismayed at the way I was treated. From the day that I called it took five days to get a tech out to diagnose the problem and then another seven days for them to get out and install the part. The conversations I had with them in between were painful. I could have gotten another company out sooner and had it resolved but I started by giving them the benefit of the doubt and sticking with a company that I had come to trust over the years… That feels like a mistake now.

I have used this company for years. They are always very responsive and do the job right!!
