The "guarantee" is meaningless. The coating applied in Oct 2013 flaked off over the winter and this was reported to the company in late spring. At first they were busy until after July 4. Then they had trouble getting more sealing material. Then they stopped returning calls although numerous messages were left on their voicemail. Unsatisfactory. T.J., Gales Ferry
