RUDE!!And took the money and ran!!

Recently called these people to fix our GE washer(4 years old). The technician Mario, was nice enough but seemed confused by the machine. After about an hour he finally said"it needs a control board."And wanted a deposit prior to ordering the part. At that point we tried to pay with a credit card but the installer didn't have a way to process it. So he went on to say if we wrote him a check he would hold that till the job was completed then call the credit card in at the end of the job then return the check once completed.Although it sounded a little strange my father(79 years old) wrote him a check for over $250. A day later l checked his account found AP had cashed the check(still no part or call back from Anyone from AP). So I called ap and the woman on the phone told me it was "OUR fault because we hadn't post dated the check. Every time I tried to speak the woman would just talk right over me before I could finish asking the questions I needed answered. She went on and told me I was a "bad person" and they where going to send us back $200. Deposit minus $50 for the service call and hung up on me. I HAVE NEVER!! BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT ESPECIALLY WHEN GETTING RIPPED OFF!! Beware before you use these folks..unless you can live without the money.I gave them 1star only for MARIO. Office woman and co. I was a new owner and got my A...

I was a new home owner and got my AC repaired during escrow and was charged $344. Firstly I had to deal with a very very rude lady on the phone - who had trouble locating my invoice . Within a few days I had problems - no cold air and the same technician came and simply showed us how the AC works - that we knew before. It was working when he came. But within a few days again the AC was not working and the motor outside had a hum. I called another company who fixed it and then they replaced the capacitor and also said that the wire was incorrectly joined. Since then everything works fine. The rude lady then said that it was a new unrelated service call and i will be charged again.

I saw there number here on Yel...

I saw there number here on Yellowpages.com. I called and said my problem and how much it would cost. I was told they do not serve my area, that it was too far. I asked where are you located, and they said East Bay. I said I'm in the east bay too. In their ad it says serving the "RICHMOND" area. I said i lived in El Sobrante, but it's really richmond. Bad customer service on their part.

I HAD AN ERERGENCY IN MY HOME MY REFIGERATOR BROKE DOWN AND I HAD A BIG PARTY TO HOAST~I CALLED A P APPLIANCE REPAIR THE GEMTLEMAN WHO SHOWED UP ( MARIO) WAS VERY PREFESSIONAL AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM QUICKLY AND VERY REASONABLY ~ GREAT JOB, I WOULD RECOMMEND.
