Frank's Carpet

I wish I could rate Frank's Carpet zero stars because the service was unbelievably bad. The man who did my installation was completely inexperienced and unskilled. They did such a shabby installation that I wish I could post pictures of it so everyone can see how ridiculous it is. Not only is it obviously flawed but they also ruined the product. Having unskilled workers is one thing but not uncommon, what really stung was that when the owner Raudel, came to inspect the work after I complained, he made excuse after excuse. He didn't fix the problem... he didn't even apologize. He did absolutely nothing. If you work hard for your money and want to invest it in improving your home, go somewhere else. If you want to throw your money away, get frustrated and upset, and lower the value of your house, go to Frank's Carpet.

My experience with this merchant was negative. I would not patronize it again. They do not keep their promises and the materials used are inferior.
