After having heard several others comment on the poor communication and customer service at this medical center, I was still willing to give it a shot - as my husband and nephew both really liked Dr. Howick before she left Meadville. Well, we'll all be looking for new doctors now. If Mary Howick was trying to get away from her patients she picked a great spot for it. The young lady at the receptionist desk leaves a lot to be desired in her attitude. Frankly, if I'm going to a doctor I'd like to be treated kindly. And this young woman seems to have left kindness at the door. Very unpleasant even after I gently reminded her this was a doctors office and kindness would be appreciated. This may have been the first time I went to this office - but it will most definitely be the last
