Very happy with my home inspection. The report was detailed and simple to understand. James was great and showed me every problem, and explained what needed to be done in order to fix them. I will defiantly recommend them to others.

I was very satisfied with the home inspection performed by Premier. The price was very fair, plus associated discounts were offered. A thorough on site- walkthrough towards the end of the inspection was helpful, and the 49-page inspection report was thorough and included associated pictures. Due to my husband and mine work schedules not being the same, it was very nice to be able to schedule an appointment with James on a Sunday morning so we both could be there. Upon arriving right on time, we see James is already there and ready to start working. We are first time home buyers so he was very patient with us and all the questions that we had coming at him. He explained everything to us in great detail. The report is very nice (ours was 67 pages), to be able to go back through everything that we seen and to review over. He was very friendly, patient, and thorough. Also I think what is most important and is a lot of times missed in a inspection is making sure the electric is good, and he checked every switch, plugs, and the electric box. We recommend him! We are very pleased with our inspection! So glad that we made the choice to go with him. Thank you again James! Also I just wanted to add this in, our realtor from Huff, had seen the report and also said this was one of the best inspection reports that she has seen. We will be referring him to others!!!!
