Susie Karlik Dance Sensation

I have 2 daughters that have been dancing at Susie’s since they were 3 years old. I am very surprised at some of the negative comments because my experience has been nothing but positive. The studio works very hard to make sure all the dancers are included and grow at their own pace. I have seen my youngest daughter grow into a confident dancer and trust me this was not an easy task. The owner and staff worked with her and today she is more confident, secure, and loves going to class (she is 10). My oldest daughter is there 4 days a week and loves her instructors.

With regards to the comment about the trophy for her daughter, this is so not accurate (I was there). My comment is based on facts.

my daughter just finished her 8th year with skds! it is her home away from home Susie her staff and her family are wonderful. she treats her dancers like part of her family....I must say reading the review where she gave her daughter the trophy for cutest bunny first of all thats not why she got a trophy her whole class got trophies because they were all moving up to the competition team they all got trophies in the first show and they were not at the 2nd show. Her daughter was the only one from her class at the 2nd show and recieved her trophy along with the rest of the competition team. even if you had a bad expierencethere is no reason to lie. Susie does not and would never set out to hurt anyone certainly not a child.

This place sucks. One expample alone will tell you all you need to know. The owner's little girl was in a dance in the recital. Her class were all dressed as little bunnies. Can you believe the owner at the recital in front of hundreds of people, gave HER dauther a special trophy for cutest bunny. My daughter use to go there and they do not give trohies for such things or barley at all for that matter. OMG, who would do that to ALL the other little girls in her class. Speaking of class SK has none. She's in it soley for the money and not for the art of dance. Run away, run very very far away and spend your money somewhere else.

WHAT CAN I SAY? NOT ENOUGH ROOM OM THIS SITE TO TALK ABOUT HOW HORRIBLE THIS STUDIO IS. A TOTAL JOKE. MAY HAVE ALOT OF LITTLE KIDS, BUT IF YOU WANT YOUR CHILD TO BE A TRUE DANCER, RUN, DON'T WALK TO ANOTHER STUDIO. DANCER'S POINTE IN ROSELLE PARK IS MUCH MORE CLASSIER AND PROFESSIONAL., OR ANY OTHER ONE FOR THAT MATTER. IF THI9 IS NOT ENOUGH TO KEEP YOU AWAY AND YOU STUPIDLY JOIN ANWAY, WHATEVER YOU DO, DON'T GET WRAPPED UP IN THE COMPETITION TEAM. ANYONE IS ASKED AND IT ONLY MEANS LESS MONEY FOR YOU BUT MUCH MORE FOR THE OWNER. TOTAL TOTAL SCAM. GOOD LUCK.
