        Overall

        Save your money and don't purchase their extended warranty. Took our 2010 Ford Edge into the service department for a violent shifting event that is happening randomly. We were told when we showed for the appointment that if service couldn't recreate the event, we would be charged $100 "for the diagnostics" even though we were still under extended warranty. Nice. Now we pay for their inability to diagnose the problem. Won't step foot on their lot again. Another scam at the expense of the consumer. Business in America is sad to say the least.
