I love my HEB on 1604 and Kitty Hawk when I go in the store I go right to where I need to go it's never crowded it's clean. the pharmacy is always warming I was greeted with a smile and they help me out with whatever I need and check out is very fast and I appreciate them for that. And the lines sometimes there is a little long but I can get in and get out thank you my HEB for being the best H.E.B. and improving your store.

Went to UC HEB at 4:00 p.m. Went to lemon juice isle. Empty. Went to first available site with a phone. The fish girl. I spelled out l-e-m-o-n j-u-i-c-e. Motioned to the phone and pretended that I was on the phone and asked her to call grocery to see if anymore bottled lemon juice in the back. She looked confused. I tried to explain and use hand signals to try to convey what I needed.



Another employee was within walking distance. The fish girl point to her and then to me.



This is nuts, is this America or the Philippines?



So disgusted.



Left with no lemon juice. What does everything have to be so hard!!!! Why not outsource your stores to the Philippines and get some American groceries!!!
