Pho 4 Star

I had never entered a Pho restaurant before yesterday. I thought, noodles in a soup, how special is that? This family owned spot is FIVE stars based on cleanliness and friendliness alone. If you rate it less, you're one spoiled rotten prima dona. Then, we get to the food. I tried the spicy Thai chicken and it was incredibly fun to eat. The rice, get this, seemed to have been boiled up recently, all fluffy and such. The spring roll, something I don't normally like, floored me. And please, do try some of the tasty sauce that bides its time on the CLEAN condiment tray on each table. While dining, please note how people work together, as our tea and water glasses were refilled by someone Other than our waiter. I may actually get round to Pho one day, but with all the offerings of this restaurant, it might be a year or two before I get to bowl of noodles, If I go once a week.
