Expect a minimum of 20 min wait with appointment. Also ordered glasses and did not get what was argeed upon. Beware was expecting upgrades that I paid for and did not recieve. Then blamed insurance for their mistake. Was told after they had my full payment that insurance did not cover upgrade I paid for. And they did not refund the upgrade cost or give me full refund and not accept glasses. Lidia said the upgrade was not eligible from my insurance, but when I ordered glasses was told $x amount for the upgrade. So I paid the x amount extra. Then when glasses arrived was lower quality then agreed. Was not willing to work with me. Again beware.
