The workers here are pleasant and they never give me a hard time. They take their time with each customer. I always find myself having to pick up my packages which is an inconvenience because the mailers always come with a slip instead of my actual package. They deliver to the first floor only.

The mailman use to leave packages at the rental office but now he returns them to the post office. Why?

Always super slow and never lives up to it's "estimated delivery" dates. Also, no notices left when a package is missed. They don't even bother knocking.....

Don't even bother trying to call them. They must take the phone off the hook. On constant redial for 6 hours straight now and its been busy the whole time. This post office is the worst ever!! Never has a good experience with them in the 15 years I've lived in this Twp. Taxpayers? F**k the taxpayer!!!

Absolute failure in customer service and satisfaction! A few days ago I stopped by my local store as I always do every day, sometimes more than one time. As I always do I waited in a ridiculously long line and walked up to the cashier with my daily orders ready to be shipped to my customers. I always buy my shipping labels online, print them and stick them on so it's easier on me and the clerk since I can drop off as much as 7 packages in a day. This time though things weren't the same. The clerk gave me a displeased look and told me she couldn't accept any of the items I had brought in because none of them had a bar-code on it. This didn't worry me as it had happened before and they were able to look up the code on the label and just print the bar-code and stick it on. I told her that I was sorry and that it must have been a site error (it can happen sometimes if you forget to select an option that allows you to print with bar-code). I told her that this had happened before and that they had taken my items. She started to scream telling em that if I didn't take my packages she would just pretend somebody dropped them at a box and if the item weren't accepted by the system (and they would be without a bar-code) I would just get my items back in the mail. I told her that this wasn't acceptable and that over time my customers had come to expect same day shipping from me. A late shipment would mean bad reviews and the possibility of loosing more business. I tried to talk to her a little more but it was clear that she was not ready to build any bridges so I left hoping to return the labels and buy new ones before the first truck left later that day. After coming home and spending hours online and on the phone trying to return the labels for new ones, I wasn't able to get my money back. (I am still trying to get it back btw). After hours of no luck I rushed back to the office this time with new shipping labels I bought to at least catch the second truck leaving. Just my luck I got the same cashier ad this time she didn't say a word and just scanned the packages and I was on my way. Over all this one employee cost me around 20 extra dollars in shipping costs, over 200 dollars in business costs as I had to waste hours of my precious time trying to fix one little problem and two extra trips to the post office yet wasting some more of my time and gas! If I had a cheaper choice I would never ever use USPS again but for now I just have to suck it up and continue to go there. But if you can or have a better option, by all means, take it. The poor customer service alone is enough to deter any new customers but on top their services suck too... They have a useless tracking service, a bunch of stupid rules, staff that are rude and disrespectful and prices on some services that are sometimes over the top!
