HEY PEOPLE THINK BEFORE YOU CALL THIS SCAMMER. MOST OF HIS 25 REVIEWS ARE FOR A WOMEN NAMED TALIA NOT HIM. HE IS THE WORST ATTORNEY EVER. HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT RETURN YOUR PHONE CALLS. HE IS A LIAR. DONT USE HIM FOR ANYTHING.

I talked to 2 other law offices before deciding to go with David Vink about Bankruptcy and after talking to David and asking several questions, David was able to answer all my questions. David told me the price and said he would not charge me another dime for any questions regarding my case. I had contacted him several times with questions over the phone and email, always received a response back in a timely manner and never paid more than what I was told.

I will recommend David at Goetting & Vink to all my friends and family.

We were recommended to David and Talia by one of David's Law School classmates back in 2011. We have since been returning customers on 2 occassions. They have been open and honest and don't do their job just because they are paid to do it. They have taken a personal investment into our case and we appreciate everything they've done and continue to do for our family. Because of this, I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

I highly recomand this law firm, especially David;he calm me down in a very frustated and helpless situation; I was going around and asking about my case and every singel lawyer i asked (beside asking me for a lot of money, which i would give without hesitation)they were trying to tell me that my case was not a easy one and i have to go through waver, and if that wouldn't work i have to appeal; meanwhile David, since the first meeting he told me that i was fine and i dont have to worry about, that i would get the green card. Every singel thing happened the way he told me; I just got notice of approval and that was the best thing that ever happend to me; i will be with me husband and two little kids now..there are cases that u would not ask for money just to find smb to get the things done so you life woldn't be destroyed, and God helped me find David who fixed my life with the most reasonable amount of money. I'm just happy.

First I would like to say that I find it very hard to believe that there are 33 reviews for this law firm and every single person was happy with the results. That is actually the reason I retained this law firm - the wonderful reviews. After retaining D. Vink and our first court date (for a divorce), I QUICKLY realized that Mr. Vink was NOT working FOR me, he was in fact working WITH the opposing attorney and looking out for the best interest of my ex husband. What is wrong with this picture? Mr. Vink was certainly not looking out for my best interest. When I did research, it came to my attention that I was entitled to specific funds and Mr. Vink basically fought with ME regarding this.



To make a long story short, I would absolutely never hire this attorney, nor would I reccommend this law firm to any of my friends and family. He makes you think he's working for you when really, he is not. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS LAW FIRM.
