The man in charge of this company is a bully, and one of the most immature and unprofessional people I've ever dealt with. When I was late on my payment, due to a death in the family, it simply slipped my mind, and I kept paying every month, with no notice from Mr. Kies until he put a lien on my condo. I asked him to kindly give me notice, and I would have paid, and since he did not, to remove the lien and attorney fees. He sent me a vicious, vile email back. I can't wait to try and get this person removed from our HOA. He has no care for the homeowners or the upkeep of the buildings, and is sketchy at BEST. BE AWARE. Anyone considering hiring this company and this man, PLEASE reconsider.
You will regret it.

Horrible customer service. Rude in person and emails. Child like bully behaviors towards people. Wish I could give 0 starts.
Dieter does not even deserve one star. He continually demonstrates his rudeness and unprofessionalism. Rather than solve problems, he chooses sarcasm. He is lazy and not qualified to manage.

Dieter is way over his head in this job. In my interactions with him, I have found him to be incompetent and unprofessional. He has no organizational skills and scant knowledge of English. If you expect any service or expertise, look elsewhere. It seems self-defeating to be rude and sarcastic to one's employers, but Dieter can't seem to help himself. He simply cannot control his nasty, arrogant behavior.
This guy is not even worth 1 star.
He mistook my unit with others long time ago. Then he said i did not pay. After i went to the bank and proved i already paid. He still charge me late fee. Refused to correct ir. Until a month ago,i got a letter from him. Ask me to pay over 500 late fee. I called him,most time nobody answer phone, no response after leaving a message. He even blocked my email.
I have dealt with this company for years and they have saved us money, done several major projects (with board approval). Management companies get their directions from board members, so quit blaming them, instead read your community documents, called By-laws. They can't raise dues, have assessments or do projects without board approval.
At least as an owner I know that, if you did, you won't blame them. Sounds like when you don't get answers you want, their bad.
I find them to be very compassionate of what they do and it would seem they would want the places they manage to look it's best. The community I live in all I hear is the outcry if dues go up. Well things increase without anyone's control and those thinks cost money. I went to this site to thank them for how they helped me with a very difficult situation recently and how kind he was throughout the ordeal. I give them 10 stars and a +.

My experiences have all been terrible. When I try to get help, the only thing I get is sarcastic remarks. I have been trying to get things done for 5 years now. One of the few things that was fixed has already broken.

I agree with all the reviews I've read. Is their anyone out there who lives in the Woods condominiums Chesterfield Mi? If I didn't have to give Dither a star I would not. The man is worthless, he destroyed our complex. Now for those of us that own not rent, our property values our going down.
Anna I know being new to the community and seeing landscaping changes made shortly after you purchased can be upsetting. I am sorry you feel we as the management company destroyed your complex, referring to the shrubs that were removed. We are committed to serving all, in every community we serve, however the one issue most co-owners forget is that management companies are directed by the community's board of directors. In the case you claim, our company didn't even handle the contract of removing of the shrubs, it came from a board directive. What you failed to share was that many of the shrubs were required to be removed by the water company because they blocked their easement access, or the leaking roofs that were replaced or even the cost savings we brought your community. We hope this helps you understand your community and how it operates.

I have had the same issues with the manager Dieter Kies. He is rude and a bully. I think it'd the German in him I don't know. I have asked repeatedly to get the dead tree taken down from my property but it's still there. Only one time did he come asap was when they had replacement cement put it and the workers did a bad job and I called him before it had a chance to dry and he came out immediately. The grass is still not taken care of. The prior management group Stamper Co was not any better but at least they were not rude and bullyish.

If you work with this man you will regret it....the owner is basically the only person you can work with (it's like a one man show) and like the other reviewers mentioned....he is a huge jerk, very rude, does not call residents back, and when you do talk to him he is very rude & unprofessional. And besides getting people not to like him, he really doesnt do anything. I actually could write a book about how horrible he is, BEWARE
