The customer service rep was excellent. Although they were short staffed at the time i was there last, they were thorough, helpful and friendly. I have rented from this location several times and it will continue to be my go to location.

Horrible! Did I say Horrible! My Sister In Law Reserved a Car! She called and asked what Time she could Pick up for a 3pm Drop Off at SFO! Hertz told her 3:30pm! She was there at 3:15pm! Dropped her off and now 5:15pm and she is still there at Hertz Vallejo! They told her they had to change oil in the Rental Car! WHAT? Never Ever Heard of This!!!!!!!! ���� Have to wait to Get a Rental Car Serviced? Shame on You Hertz! That is Nuts!
