        I had a bad experience at this hotel. We checked in on Apr.23, out on Apr. 26. I left my wool peacoat hanging in the open closet ( no doors). I am absolutely sure about this since I thought my sister picked it up on her way out, and she thought I did, so it was left behind. My husband and I travel a lot, and I know enough to lock the room when we checked out, so ONLY hotel employees have access to the room after we left. I expected a call from the hotel asking me what they will do with my coat, but no call came so I called the desk the next day.I talked to the maid who cleaned the room, she said she'll see if it fell on the floor (which was lame since if she already cleaned the room, she should have found a black peacoat hanging in the closet).She said she'd call me in ten mins, but she never did. I called the manager after 2 hours. He asked the maid, and said the maid did not find any coat. End of story as far as they're concerned. No effort to resolve the prob. Poor costumer service
