Great place to buy an RV! My family and I were welcomed throughout a whole day of shopping. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly while keeping the pressure down. We were looking for a travel trailer but were open to other options and WOW did they have them. Ultimately, we were able to decide on a Bullet and can't wait for what lies ahead. Ask for Eric!!!! Thank you National RV!!!!!

Recently purchased a 32' travel trailer. Everyone at this location was super helpful, knowledgeable and wanted to make this happen for us. Mike and Andy in Sales, Pete in Finance, Dennis in Service. Mike was great...guiding us through the process of picking what was best for us. Service even found a problem in our car (blown fuse) that could have prevented us from taking the RV home that day. Andy even gave us pizza when the fix on our vehicle took longer because of the fuse and we missed dinner! We're new RVers and everyone was patient, offered the benefit of their experience and some great tips (especially Pete with RVing and financing). We're really happy with National RV in Belleville and would definitely go back when we upgrade.

Make sure to check the power cord if you decide to purchase a camper from this place. We were sold a camper and after we got home we noticed the power cord had what appears to be an electrical fire at some point. We immediately contacted Mike our salesman to tell him the problem and show pictures of the damaged cord. He stated he would have the service department contact us. After months of contacting Mike, he finally states that we bought the camper as is and he wasn't going to do anything about it but we were more than welcome to make the 2 hours drive to buy a different cord from them. I understand the camper was sold as is but seriously, a cord that had had some sort of fire? I wouldn't think we would have to look at the cord. I sent Gabrielle, the manager, a message and she was just rude and insulting with all of her replies and said I could drive there and they would give me a new one and would use the "burnt" one on another camper. Check your cords!!! It is not even about the cord anymore as I can purchase a new one....its the horrible customer service they provide after you give them a bunch of money. They obviously only care about the money and not about their customers. Ive got all the emails and pictures as proof.

Salesman Brian Davis helped me during my experience at National RV. He was very professional and was able to adequately answer all of my questions. Anything that he was unsure of, he promptly obtained the answer of, for me. I will be returning to National RV, for my final purchase, due only to his amazing hospitality and exceptional customer service.

Very very auful service took it in for a slidoit motor that didn't work July 11 was told 2 weeks max, after 5 weeks they called me and said we hit the motor with a hammer it works now what do u want us to do? Are you kidding! I also had some work done that they told me was 76.00 long story short 3 months later Oct it's done and the price is 226.00 argued with norm he finally put the price to where it should be. I would never recommend this place to anyone the service is very poor and unprofessional. I will never go their again

Horrible! On day of purchase We were told the manufacturer put a hole in the tank of the camper but it'd be repaired in 3-7 days. It's now been a month and no one will call me back regarding repair. Plus we are having AC and electrical problems in our brand new camper. Only great thing was Dennis who completed a thorough walk through and provided quality camping advice.

Terrible service department. No oranization at all. Appts mean nothing to them. They are great at selling you a trailer but then if you need service well they just don't care. We had our unit sitting in the back lot for three weeks (with an appt) for a simple door lock repair. Finally had to pick it up and still not done. Someone we mentionex to another person that service at this dealership was terrible, not our first rodeo with them. They sales manager, service people and others came flying out in their trucks telling my husband to get the f##k off the property, that they wouldn't fix our F##king trailer and never f##king come back. If they don't want people telling others the truth that service is terrible they should fix their service dept not swear at customers. We purchased the unit from them. Be careful, buying is one thing theycare very friendly during the sale but God help you if you need work done. And they change their facebook page anytime the reviews get bad again

Pros We had a great salesman whens we bought our camper. The Service techs Dennis and Tim were very helpful.

Cons Our salesman was no longer with the company. They were unable to complete the installation of our brake controller at

the trailer delivery. The owner tried to get us to sign a waiver and take the camper without brakes. There is no way my grand cherokee can stop a 29' camper without brakes.

Even the service men warned us against this. The owner refused to deliver the camper to our home..well didn't refuse she would deliver it for $1.65/mile, we live about 1 hr/30minutes away.

I had my vehicle wired else where and returned to pick up the camper the next weekend. At this point they informed me my camper was in the back

and nobody even escorted me back to get it.
