I'm a 2nd generation user of this company. My pump went out around I:15am Sunday night. I called this company around 9:20am Monday morning and they came to my house at 2:15 pm that afternoon. If I'm not mistaken, Mr. Harry Ridgedale started this business in the early 70's. When mom & dad built a home in Gautier around the mid 70's they used this company. When my aunt built a home in (Gautier) the early 80's she used this company. My older brother built (Vancleave 1990) and used this company. I built (Vancleave 1992) and used this company. My younger brother built (Gautier 2008) and yes he used them as well. This company has serviced our family for 40+ years with prompt and professional service and with the utmost courtesy. The young man that came today was the great nephew of Mr. Harry Ridgedale. I don't think you can go wrong using this company. Also, if you know what part you need it can be bought at their office.
