Banceu's Appliance

I have used Banceu's for 3 different jobs now over the last 4 years. They are absolutely wonderful. George is always pleasant, on time, quick and helpful. They are beyond knowledgeable in what they do. The last situation we had was to replace the water inlet valve on our dishwasher. After they replaced the part my dishwasher was making a horrible grinding/humming noise. George was quick to respond to my call and was able to diagnose it over the phone. He said that I needed to clean out my chopper assembly area. I relayed that I did that and he suggested that I use a shop vac because even the smallest piece of anything can cause it to make that noise. I did exactly as he stated and it worked. My dishwasher is back to normal and I did not get an extra bill. What other company would be willing to help like that. It is the truest definition of customer service and I will definitely continue to return. They are just great.

He came early. Found the problem within 5 minutes and fixed it. I was ready to order a whole new control panel and it turned out to be a loose wire. Great service, thank you, George.

We got back from our family vacation to a broken fridge and had to dump out almost all the food. Stressed and worried that we may have to replace our 5 1/2yr old fridge (YIKES!) I checked the Yellow Pages for reviews and out of all the repair companies, I called Banceu's Appliance. George was able to come out the next day (I called late afternoon) and he was prompt, friendly and knowledgable. In less than an hour, he fixed it, answered all our questions and is priced very reasonably! Hopefully we don't have any more issues with any more of our appliances but if we did, I would definitely use Banceu's again! Thanks again, George!! Now I see why you have so many great reviews!!

Excellent company and amazing service!!! Our dishwasher had been leaking, and then our washing machine broke, so we did a search for local repair companies and found Banceu's Appliance. We are so glad we did! George was very friendly and professional! He showed up right on time, and was very efficient. He got our washing machine fixed very quickly, but had to come back again for the dishwasher because of parts. He worked so hard on the dishwasher but it ended being a bad part that would cost as much as a new one. He was very honest about this and didn't even charge for the time or parts put into the dishwasher. So needless to say, we will definitely be hiring him back when we buy a new dishwasher for installation. So all in all, just a wonderful family business that I would highly recommend!!

George Jr. was right on time....he finished the job in about 12 minutes. He knew the appliance well and had a good idea what the problem was before he got to the house. His fees were very reasonable. We'll use George again when the need arises, and highly reccomend him. Thank you George.
