Bedknobs & Broomsticks Cleaning Co

Bedknobs & Broomsticks is the by far the WORST & laziest cleaning service I have ever had clean a home I have lived in. I have lived in the Vancouver area on and off for 10years & used many different cleaning services that I unfortunately lost contact with or no longer exist. B &B only surface clean & they complain about everything... Im sorry, maybe you should choose a different job if you don't like to clean! To be quite honest we are the type of household that cleans before the cleaners come, so their job really is not difficult at all. Its just nice to have an extra clean sparkly house so they cleaners are a way to insure that. Their service is very disappointing and they complain that it is unbearable to wipe up little things such as power makeup on a counter top. I have even gone as far as having a friend over prior to their arrival to inspect the condition of the house to see if the complaints made were valid. Which my friends agreed they were not. Three people occupy the 5 bedroom/6bathroom house, so we don't even use half the rooms yet they take the longest to clean rooms we don't even go in. Isn't strange they have to take so long to "clean" a room with nothing in it and no mess? I have never had so many problems with a cleaning service in my life. Not to mention we had 3 visa gift cards go missing after they had cleaned our home. I believe this business truly wants to do the lest amount of work and charge the most amount of money. I usually don't like to write negative reviews, but I would like to advise other members of the community to take there business to another honest and hard working company. I am so displeased & upset that you will probably see my reviews on other sites. Hopefully they will change their service!
