David Weston came to Vancouver via Lake Oswego, Tacoma, and most recently, the Tar Heel state. He studied Kinesiology at Pacific Lutheran University, earning his Bachelor of Science degree there in 2014; David followed with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Wingate University in North Carolina in 2017. He gained a wide variety of experience through his clinical rotations, from providing therapy in a rural setting to working with a high volume of Sports Medicine patients in the gym and pool. While working for ATI Physical Therapy in Oregon, he took advantage of many of their continuing education opportunities with nationally known presenters, continuing to hone his skill set. His approach combines manual therapy and functional exercise, ultimately translating to a solid home program and independent function. David’s passion for sports extends to his activities outside the clinic – he is an avid ultimate frisbee player, enjoys football, loves a good hiking trail, and is a huge Blazers fan. He and his wife, dog and cat had their life joyfully disrupted by a baby boy in the spring of 2021.
Physical Therapy
